CFO-grade security architecture

We hold client transactions to strict enterprise-grade protection standards.

1. Tenant Schema Isolation

Client data is isolated inside dedicated PostgreSQL database schemas. This database partition guarantees that vendor details, invoice totals, and contract variables are invisible to other client instances.

2. Strong Encryption Protocols

Files and data are encrypted in transit using secure TLS 1.3 tunnels. Storage partitions incorporate AES-256 keys, protecting historical information stored inside AWS S3 buckets.

3. Immutable Ledger Logging

Every audit finding, dispute approval, and rate adjustment log is written to an immutable event timeline database. This ensures segregation of duties logs remain verifiable during external audits.

4. India Data Residency

Domestic corporate guidelines require transaction history data to stay inside the country. All servers, vector maps, and index backups are hosted within AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) locations.

Data Retention & Disclosure Policies

Clients can choose automatic cleanup timers. Original PDF documents are deleted within 24 hours of vectorization, retaining only the structured ledger variables. Upon account closure, all transactional records are purged from AWS servers within 30 days.

We invite researchers to report potential security issues. Reports can be sent to security@arcflametech.com. We commit to validating submissions within 48 hours and resolved findings within 14 days without legal actions if guidelines are followed.
